      There is absolutely no professional management in Annapolis. It is run more like a fiefdom than a Dept. Store. The GM is not capable of making clear decisions and runs the place like the DMV. Every employee is terrified of her

      Pros

      If you're part of a good team and everyone pulls their weight it's ok. But a lot of people just show up and do the minimum. If you're on with that then this is the place for you. If you're on with not giving 100% then this is for you.

      Cons

      Upper management will bypass you and not acknowledge you wherever they visit the stores. You'll put in a lot of hard work to help them look good but they don't see you as a human.
