      Strong staffing organization. Emphasis on safety standards and regulations. Positive encouraging work environment and coworkers, recent store remodeling and improvements completion

      Great benefits and great co workers.

      Cons

      Some employees need to learn how to speak to one another. Sometimes an employee will be disrespectful over the phone or in an email. The departments can sometimes feel like "cliques". Management should be fostering an environment where we all work together as a team no matter the department, position, or title.
