Oconus Not much available as far as jobs over seas for spouses. Might not be in your field of expertise

Cons

Low pay/max hours minimum reward oconus location is on base so need base access. Always leave time for security checks to get through

Benefits, If you stick it out for a certain amount of years The people you work with - it usually keeps you going or demoralizes you

Cons

Pay isn't competitive, many have 2/3 part times There's no career opportunities unless you want transfer departments Department / Management Culture, my experiences in my two departments have been less than ideal. The people I've been under were insensitive and lazy.
