Pros

Benefits are great as a full time associate. Schedule is easily flexible to hours you can work. Plenty of room for overtime during seasons. There are training programs you can access easily. Positions to move up are often available.

Cons

Prepare to adapt to different work areas. But some people get too comfortable and become lazy. Don't be fooled to act this way. Please come to work to know you are making a difference. There are plenty of supportive team dynamics that people have adapted. They are more than happy to share.
