      Tax free shopping was nice but the prices aren't any cheaper than Target, etc.

      Cons

      This is a retail job. Coming from a corporate environment where everything was structured and monitored, this place has none of that. Management does not hold employees accountable for anything. If you like working by yourself and doing everyone else's work because they call out 3 days a week with no repercussions, then you'll love it there.
