      Pros

      No taxes when shopping. Great manager

      Cons

      The work we put in compared to the pay is insulting. The projects and timelines they expect really pushes the teams nerves and patience. I'm the lead for the Men's Department and i can handle the stress and the workload but my pay sucks. They pretty much dumped the role on me. I love merchandising just not for the company at the moment.
