Pros

diversity is rich in multicultural adversity; good for the military as it is equal to everyone and not discriminatory to a specific ethnicity.

Cons

pay is not what i expected,..especially in this day in age... as much as its the military community i felt that they take advantage of solid work and not repay them equally i mean yeah theres the employee appreciation and perks of shopping there with no tax but you still contribute back to the organization one way or the other,.. in the end you still feel like you've fallen short.

Benefits such as sick leave and vacation.

Cons

Lots of cliques. Favoritism is a big problem, making promotions extremely difficult. Also, low morale is an issue.

Benifits are great for full time, but they seem to be hiring flex employees lately, no benifits...wage is low...turn over for worker bees is high

Cons

management likes to mico-manage...you will be unable to think for yourself...alot of mean spirited people work there. They are nice in the interview, but watch out when you get hired.
