Pros
Excellent team. I have worked at other retail stores in which the loss prevention team is not viewed as "part of the team". NEXCOM does not do this and this is why I enjoyed working here. We made great connections with the rest of the store and had an open door policy in which employees could trust us.
Cons
The hours at the NEX were a little late. These stores are not like other retail stores and the traffic would die down super early and sometimes I felt that how long they stayed open was unnecessary.
