Pros

-Very flexibles work environment. -Everyone respects you. -You develop great communications skills and enhance your vocabulary proficiency writing reports etc.. -For the most part, colleagues were great people to work with, helped you a lot as you start out. Location: 32nd Street NAVY Exchange

Cons

-Colleagues could be too competitive to the point it gets annoying. (It not a sales job) -There's ghost quotas that are not mentioned BUT it is expected of you to meet. -If you mess up you will be an ear full. -Not a lot of leniency for newbies. -Pay could be better for the amount you do. -Have to have great typing and English proficiency. Pros

They have good benefits and although I listed cons, it's tolerable if you're able to make the best of what you have.

Cons

You don't get paid enough for the work load. Managers and supervisors feel superior for treating associates poorly. You have to do all the work while managers/supervisors just sit there. You get written up for every little mistake. They don't really train you on your job they only show you how to use the registers and customer service but the you are on your own for being knowledgable on products. Lots of gossip and drama in the store even amongst managers and supervisors which seems really unprofessional to me. Security is really strict which is good but they watch you like a hawk. It can be a depressing work environment especially since they treat you like you're in jail or something.
