Pros

The benefits are good. Also, when you sell a KIN (Keep It New), it goes towards your paycheck.

Cons

The management at the store I worked at was absolutely horrible. They don't try to help you at all. I had a situation with another employee, and they basically told me it was my fault. Very unprofessional.

Pros

The honor of serving the military personnel

Cons

Where do I start? The pay, the hours, the hassle of management. Never have I worked anywhere with such inept and unsympathetic, irresponsible management. They offered NO training then blamed ME for not having training. I was literally thrown into the store and expected to know what to do. I have been harassed, bullied and intimidated by people in upper positions. Unbelievable treatment of employees and customers. I have seen my manager on many occasions act incredibly rudely and condescending to customers and then turn around and roll her eyes and talk trash about them to the employees, This environment was allowed to fester because most employees did the same with no repercussions. I have had so many customers complain to me about how rude the employees were and HQ never cared.

Pros

Great coworkers. Willing to help one another. Military shopping privileges.

Cons

Extremely low wages. Associates and Supervisors keep the store running. Managers who for the most part spend their day in their office pretending they are working, get credit for a job well done. No appreciation for the associates therefore huge turn over.
