2yThank you for your review, and thank you for your prior service. With the Executive Order in 2022 NEXCOM and all Federal Government employees went to a minimum of $15 per hour, which pushed level 2 and 3 salaries up as well. As with industry hotels and retail salaries / pay are conducive of the current market trends further NEXCOM also has Federal Government regulations on pay ranges for non-appropriated funding instrumentalities. I truly regret the salary not being sufficient to support you and your family, however I would encourage you to continue to review our career postings as we always have opportunities for higher paying roles within our Enterprise.
