They have military style benefits Some of your coworkers can friendly and are inclusive, this aspect will make you stay, transfer or leave Work hours are firm so they can’t make you work over

Cons

Pay is stagnant and not applicable to modern cost of living Upper management and HR would rather make people who have legit complaints muzzled vs. address the issue Many people who get management position become egotistical and have power trips Evaluations are subjective to your supervisor and management Management likes to make you sign written compliant as if making you sign a guilty notice, they make a paper trail your every mistake and will bring up as ammo during evaluations
