      Pros

      Benefits were very good, cost were not too expensive and their 401k was great. Training was good as well.

      Cons

      Manager managed the clock and never trusted employees to do their job. Micro-manager and never seemed to be able to delegate and if she did, she took credit when others did the work for her. Made herself look busy with a lot of busy work and never helped people who were struggling and needed assistance. Very petty and high school like. Favorites were obvious.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work for Navy Federal Credit Union are very limited in my eyes. I found that some of their benefits were good but others weren't as great. To me the best benefit would have been the 401k match that is 6% and your completely vested after only 2 years of work.

      Cons

      I had a lot of issues in working here. The management played favorites and the job wasn't challenging at all. I found myself very bored 80% of the time. I also had issues when it came to having to take time off, they were not considerate for means that were out of your control and very unsupportive when it came to your personal life.
