Yearly employee surveys, as well as post-event surveys, to collect feedback on management and overall feelings. I truly think the C-suite takes these surveys to heart, the only thing is they can't wave a magic wand and fix everything or pay everyone a million dollars overnight, and I think many people get angry and believe upper management isn't doing anything, ever.
