I was trained incorrectly on 1 aspect of my job and was not trained at all on anything else. When I inevitably did things wrong my manager criticized me relentlessly. She only spoke to me if it was criticism. I asked for more training and she completely ignored me. No matter how much I improved it was not good enough and I never received any additional training. My team had 12 people and I was the third to leave within 3 months, due to this management style. This team will continue to be understaffed.

Pay is not competitive with the market rate for full time positions. Contractors get paid a lot more for the same workload. Upper management does not care nor trust their employees which causes a hostile working environment. Employee morale is so low due to managements nit picking and micromanagement.
