      Pay, benefits, and bonuses are nice

      Cons

      It is a toxic environment with a lot of management and higher ups that do not wish to take the time to make everyone feel supported. The anxiety from working here is not worth the pay in my opinion. If you decide to work here, just stay out of the call center. God forbid you have any sort of medical conditions, you will NOT be listened to no matter how many documents you provide from doctors. hybrid is not guaranteed, if your management doesn’t like you, it’s not happening. I promise you, this company will not care if there were to be something that happens to you, you will be replaced immediately.

      I work really hard to get my bonus and merit raise, but it is fairly awarded in my current department.

      Cons

      Not all departments are the same, I am in a good department.
