      Pros

      Pay is okay and benefits are amazing. Hybrid is great even though it seems like it is being used as a gateway to brining employees back to full time in office.

      Cons

      A lot of nepotism and micromanagement. Employee experience has gone out the window as there has been more a transition to being more of a corporate setting than a people-focused employer.

      Pros

      Solid healthcare, PTO, and retirement match. Meaningful work that can make a real difference for military families.

      Cons

      The new hybrid policy change (from 2 days to 3 days in office) feels disconnected from how the work is actually done. Many teams collaborate seamlessly remotely, yet leadership insists on a blanket mandate that doesn’t reflect role needs or performance. The policy was rolled out with little transparency or empathy. Morale has dropped significantly. Many high performers are frustrated, especially those with long commutes, caregiving responsibilities, or who were hired under different expectations. Leadership admitted productivity and collaboration are fine and theres no logical reason they are doing this. Leadership communication often emphasizes “culture” and “connection” without addressing real data or employee feedback.
