      Terrible Team, Low Morale, Lack of Trust

      Good benefits, bonus every year

      Cons

      Terrible management across all branches in Arizona. Favoritism, team members constantly talk about you behind your back, and management fails to address it properly. On top of that, members are rude, entitled, and contribute to the terrible work environment

      The department you work for matters and determines your experience. Unfortunately mine was filled with micromanagement where senior leadership is heavy involved in every step of the journey. No sense of direction from senior leadership You will get pushed out for sharing different ideas with leadership Micro aggression, gaslighting, putting people against each other etc The job title and description DOES NOT match what you will do. No room to grow within the team
