      Pros

      PIP and benefits are great. Pay is good for the area, not enough to compensate for the stressful environment.

      Cons

      Abusive, aggressive, threatening members/completely tone-deaf sick policy/not great for mental health at all.

      Pros

      If you’re LUCKY, you can work with and meet good coworkers. The pay and benefits are decent. The job is relatively stable. Knowledge gained in the industry.

      Cons

      Cultist, collusion, and childish. Much like walking in a high school classroom, it’s very cliquey here. Some teammates and leaders will say and do inappropriate things to get ahead or keep others behind and down (sleeping with management, spreading rumors, sexual harassment, racist comments to staff, etc). It’s all about who you know and if your boss likes you enough to let/help you move forward and be happy. Your boss will even let you get away with the above negative things listed if they really like you. HR just cares about the company. There’s so much sneakiness. It’s not hard to be honest and decent.

      great benefits, many perks on-site such as gym, many cafeteria options, beautiful work place if you like to take breaks outside

      Cons

      too much of a corporate vibe for my taste, if your management is great then you will have an extremely positive experience...if your management isn't so great it can be difficult to change teams, apply for internal position, get support for growth/better opportunities. There is a "drink the kool-aid" vibe.
