can be slow and bureaucratic sometimes since its a credit union. It has to deal with rules and regulations.

Navy Federal is a place that allows employees to shine. The opportunity to prove yourself is much more prevalent as opposed to larger financial institutions. - Great work life Balance - Great Pay -Exceptional performance bonus

Cons

- Teams are pretty much split between HQ and Pensacola locations so you don’t really get to see your full team.
