If you have more then $1500 a month in bills...don't take it

Nice company but nice doesn't take the stress away from bills being paid.

Cons

You simply can't make ends meet with $1500 every 2 weeks. After insurance and taxes you will bring home an average of $1100 bi-weekly and that will be how much you'll make the first year. You may get a bonus here and there but not to much. It's stressful not being about to pay bills. 1/10 ppl actually stay. You will see ppl leave ALL THE TIME. If u can make it the first year then you could make a little more the following year.

Pros

Naylor is an equal opportunity provider. Do the work, work smart and get paid. For seven years, that is what I have done. I'm provided territory, I do research into those industries and provide companies with a solution.

Cons

When I first started here, the way we were paid was much better set up for the account executives. Now, the set up benefits the company more versus the account executives. With all that said, if I had to chose Naylor over another opportunity - I would still choose Naylor.
