Training, while the responsibiliy of the company, also requires the trainees to embrace the training to their fullest potential to ensure effectiveness.

Thank you for your comments. We do work very hard to make the work environment fun and enjoyable. That is one of our core operating values. And the earning potential is significant, and unlimited. We do not cap the amount of commissions and bonuses you may earn. When we are successful on our projects, the Association, Naylor and the sales executives on the project all “win”. That is our goal. We do have several family members and friends who work for us. That comes from employee referrals, one of our best sources of new employees. We are continuing to look to build our Canadian sales team. I’m sorry that you feel favoritism was an issue at times in how projects to work on may have been assigned in the past. In the past several months, we have completely revised how we allocate territory, based upon assignments in vertical marketplaces. And our Canadian team members are working on projects located in Canada and the US. We are trying to create more “specialists” in various industries, to improve our ability to sell more effectively.
