I feel like I am part of a truly amazing team and company! The culture at this Norwegian tech company is incredibly supportive, especially with the focus on work-life balance and employee growth. The products are not only innovative but also that there’s a strong sense of pride within the company. It’s really motivating to work alongside such a passionate team, including inspiring leaders such as the Director of BDR and the Head of Global Distribution. leadership is innovative and passionate about what they are creating. that is contagious & employees love the story & have pride in telling it. the culture is open & honest and trustworthy- honest about what we are working on and success/setbacks, so that employees have confidence in the knowledge of what's happening & what's coming down the road. I'd say that "trust" is a good keyword to describe the company. I wake up with a smile thinking that I'll go to work which is a first for me! I knew that I would love working for Neat the minute I met the People Business Partner, she was very personable, and then I went on to meet my manager and just knew it was the company for me! Everyone is smart, specialized in their respective role, and willing to help where needed. It's really is a team effort. The people here are great across all departments, and everyone shares the same Neat values. Pay is great and the work is challenging but fun. Oh and the unlimited time off for holidays is a great perk!
