      - Insurance is fine - office environment

      Cons

      - Management lies constantly - Unreasonable expectations - Poor training - No work/life balance - High stress - Religious ideologies - High turnover - Belittlement and poor treatment from management - No one takes accountability - Everyone is terrified to get fired so scapegoating is extremely high

      Pros

      Continuous growth throughout the United states. Lot's of opportunities for learning, training and development (personal & professional). Friendly co-workers, team members are always willing to help and teach. Culture is supportive, leaders are understanding and flexible. Hoping to be here for a long time.

      Pros

      The perfect place for people who work hard, do better everyday, and care for one another - YES! Constantly trying to improve, grow and evolve without being at the expense of their people, the quality of their product, their company values. Is this company the right place for everyone, no. Only those who want to live up to great values, work along side awesome people, and deliver a great product. Perfection isn't found here - only imperfect people who do not stop striving for it are.

      Cons

      Keeping up with the growth. Consistency in communication can at times be an issue; however, I think that can be said of any company that is growing at a rapid pace.
