      The Team of people you work with, the Company's values, purpose, and vision and the commitment to lifelong learning for each team members. Nederveld is a great company to work for!

      Pros

      Perfectly amazing team of astoundingly intelligent people doing what they love with all of the passion in the world. You will learn the world of land management very quickly if you have desire and decent mathematical capabilities. Strong Christian values and a group of people that really care for one another.

      Cons

      This company compensates technicians abysmally. Expect $1-2 raises annually at best. Zero upward mobility as a technician. If you can deal with that fact and still make it work you will do extremely well here. They will tell you that they will compensate better once you are fully trained. That is not in fact the case.
