      Pros

      Plenty of rewarding and professionally challenging opportunities. Continue to develop big ideas to drive business with our customers. Inherent trust among senior leadership to allow teams to drive results. Genuine care and concern for employees well being. Excellent health and 401K plans.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but if you are a salaried employee, there are times you will work over 65 hours a week based on customer meetings. It can be exhausting, but rewarding too. Management is great about flex schedules and working remotely. No expectation to be in the office from 9-5 to do your job.

      Good pay, excellent benefits, lots of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      You can't trust anyone, lots of "clicks", shady politics going on in the salaried positions, VERY poor training, people are fired with no explanation, it is a difficult place for women to work because of certain men

      Pros

      Neenah has a culture of High Achievement - High Support. Each person strives to be the best at what we do daily and we hold ourselves accountable. There is a strong sense of collaboration where ideas, thoughts and information are shared openly. Risk is part of our DNA and is seen in the new products developed as well as acquisitions that are part of our growth strategy. It's refreshing to come into an organization where you have an opportunity to wear multiple hats and actually impact the business. We may be individual contributors but our culture and leadership make you feel you are part of the larger picture. You won't find this many large public or private companies.

      Cons

      Many people do not recognize our name but once we mention our clients or the brands we produce, you hit the WOW factor.
