      - Employees get to wear many hats - Everything you work on is essential, high-impact, and drives growth - Team is fun, energetic, driven, and motivated - You get to be part of a new, fast-growing startup that is going to change the world of storage

      Pros

      The organization has a great trajectory. The people are committed, excited and super talented. Moving to a startup has been a great experience for me. I feel like I stumbled onto the best kept secret: that startups and Neighbor specifically are amazing places to be!

      Cons

      Need to get a little more diversity in the workforce. Everyone is aware of this and working to improve.
