Awesome engineering team. Great culture of learning and embracing challenges in our craft.

Cons

You are probably underpaid but the leadership will say everyone else has inflated salaries. Truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

My team got shut down because of legal reasons; I think more research could have been done in the beginning!

So many smart people who are still willing to help others and learn themselves. No ones ideas are smothered by leadership bottom to top. They do company lunch every other week which allows you to get to know everyone in the company, even the founders. I would be surprised if I work at another place with healthier work environment.

Cons

The WFH flexibility could use a boost. Everyone is required to work in office besides Mondays, which has its pros. But It might be why some employees are feeling burnt out so a few more days at home would have been nice.
