Pros

Too many to list. Great money, great management, great clientele, great food, great drinks, by FAR the best owner/upper management I’ve ever encountered. Plus “Husk” on your resume goes a very long way. I hadn’t even gotten on the plane to move to Boston before 3 separate upscale restaurants were responding to my inquiries looking to set up interviews.

Cons

In all honesty, the biggest con to working for NDG is when you leave and go elsewhere and forget most restaurants treat their staff like they’re disposable.
