Pros

Minero is a great place to work. Management is flexible and professional. Restaurant is almost always busy. Kitchen produces some of the best food and is one of the most consistently reliable producers of quality food I have ever worked with.

Cons

Parking downtown. When events are held on-site logistics at Minero are not favorable.
