Pros

Hourly staff are often lovely. Most restaurants are decently located.

Cons

Upper management seem to swing wildly, very inconsistent in all areas. Zero people of color in leadership positions.

Pros

Good money for serving Flexible schedule Paid vacation

Cons

Managers show favoritism, bad work environment, you only get scheduled good shifts if you’re the manager’s favorite, can’t give you full time hours even if you’re a full time employee
