Pros

I've been in F&B for 30 years. I've worked at many restaurants/ hotels in resort towns. Working for NDG was the absolute best experience I've ever had. David Howard's philosophy of "No ego" is second to none. The management team at Minero JI were AMAZING. Fun, professional and engaging to all their employees. ( if I wasn't moving out of state, I would be there forever)

Cons

I really don't have any cons.

Pros

Great benefits such as PTO, 6% 401K match, and healthcare benefits

Cons

Downsides of the service industry had more to do with difficult/unkind guests than it did with the restaurant group
