Pros

Code of Values - if the company actually meant what they said. Longevity of company. Seems financially stable. Benefits look good on the surface.

Cons

Code of Values - recited at every group meeting are laughable when you know all that some ppl,, especially sr leaders, are breaking. Some departments are good, others not so good. Accounting. Not so good. Don’t promote from within. From directors down, manager levels hired from outside. Can’t hire or keep good staff because they pay way too low. Pressure is too high. Managers try to make things better. Most awesome to work with but overworked too. 2 directors left after a year. Why? Insane work hours too often (can we say 60+ week), nights (all night!), weekends, holidays (yep, those too). It’s never enough. Ppl are like walking zombies. Must be in office 3 days a week but not all departments do. PTO. Sure, you get it but if you take it you’ll probably have to work it too. So did you really get anything? Quality of life. Uh..not here! Bonuses? Almost never paid what they say. I’m sure senior management is getting a huge chunk and never giving a thought to those who didn't get much, if anything. As long as one person remains in control, and I do mean in control, this is how it is. Queen of control whose life is work expects everyone else’s to be too. Good lip service about all the right things, including values (how many does she break regularly?), but it’s just corporate speak and not fact. Some very good, very smart, very dedicated people have left. One common denominator. Queen of control. Will be difficult to top this as the worst job working under the worst department manager for the reasons above plus many more.

Pros

None to list after 6 months of onboarding.

Cons

It is absolutely deplorable that we are paying Clarity every month for phones that are not working. If the phones don’t work, we can’t get business yet this is your preferred vendor of service. When asked for reimbursement for the past five months, not one person wants to be responsible. Everyone from Aire Serve to Neighborly, to Clarity keeps passing the buck. If you have the opportunity to open a franchise please choose another business entity.
