the worst place I have ever worked

Pros

Management never spoke to me. This can be good and bad.

Cons

Never knew what my job was. Promises were made to me that were not kept. My department was the worst. Everyone was 2 faced in my department and I couldn't trust anyone. For a company that is in love with their code of values, it sure does not practice it! If the CEO knew half the stuff that went on in that office no one would have a job. if you get a call to work for them, RUN!

Pros

Good pre-program training. Capable startup coaching. Lots of vendor resources.

Cons

Expensive. They will come after you if your business fails (the worst feeling ever). They'll gladly let you die without support after holding your hand and hugging you as your purchasing and signing their contracts. They only accept owners who have assets so they can come after your nest egg if your business has to close.

Professional people. You’ll gain great experience.

Cons

There are many websites they manage and each has many franchisees, many of whom have pain points to address. It can be a lot for one person to manage if you try to do everything for everyone. Learn to prioritize the higher impact opportunities and delegate when you can.
