•Pay is Decent • Some of the employees are extremely nice and helpful.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing and everyone is flying by the seat of their pants. Lots of micromanagement.

Neighborly company culture is pretty awesome. The company's core values are sustained throughout the different departments! If you report to an office you can count on working a hybrid schedule. This means working three days in the office and two days remotely. There are awesome benefits offered such as medical, dental, vision, mental health, and more! Qualified vested associates (employees) are eligible for the Associate Equity Program! Essentially this could be a payout of 75% of their annual salary. Life changing!

Cons

Healthcare costs could be better, the company is working to lower costs. Compensation could be higher.

I have the best team and the best boss! Our talent and people services teams go above and beyond to make it and enjoyable. Our IT & Marketing leadership are some of my favorite people and I love that I get to be apart of their team growth. Great sized company, you are treated as a person and as a valued member of the team instead of just a number. We also create custom growth plans that are based on your individual passions and expertise. Amazing company! Cannot say enough good things!

Cons

We aren't a big tech company so we might not offer the highest salaries, but compensation is fair and the earning potential is there. At the end of the day, compensation is important but company culture and the job itself matter more. You will be surrounded by people who love what they do and love the company and our values.
