Pros
As a Neighborly corporate employee, I genuinely can't say enough good things about working here. Our team and the department overall are full of incredibly hard working, friendly, and like-minded individuals. Neighborly truly values their associates and there's plenty of room for growth. I feel like hard work never goes unnoticed. The atmosphere is very positive, the culture is truly reflective of the values, and leadership seems to really put an emphasis on the importance of family and having a life outside of work. I truly do feel like we live out one of our core values--having fun in the process!
Cons
The workload can sometimes get a little large, but it's never been something that hasn't been addressed head-on by management with a solution to find better balance. I also really enjoy the fast pace and have never felt bored or unchallenged.
