They acquire smaller companies and a vast majority of those employees lose their jobs. They say they won't when they come in but slowly they get rid of a large number of them.

We live by our Code of Values which creates an inviting, team culture. The financial compensation as a president has been beyond expectations. It's a huge plus to be part of a visionary, growth oriented company with so much upside potential ahead.

Cons

None really to speak of, I've been here 15 years! Of course, no organization is perfect but there are no glaring problems.

Cons

No company is perfect; but Neighborly is a great organization to work for and where I hope to finish my career. Waco, TX is the location of Neighborly's world headquarters. Although a very nice city, it is not the most desirable destination for some job-seekers.
