Pros

Starting with a strong associate onboarding process, Neighborly continues to invest in its people throughout their career through innovative training and career pathing programs. I have had the privilege of serving in three different leadership roles over ten years and have had the pleasure of witnessing many individuals grow into leadership positions with the company. In addition to a strong base salary, they offer different bonus programs and participation in an Equity Compensation Plan.

Cons

Any company with a growth trajectory similar to Neighborly expects a lot from its people so the workload can be demanding at certain times. If you are well-organized and enjoy contributing to growth and innovation, this is probably a good fit for you.

A great company to work. If you want to go all in, hard work & dedication is recognized and rewarded. There are also excellent staff loyalty incentives.

Cons

I would say, as this is a progressive business that strives to always achieve the highest of standards, it doesn't suit everyone.
