There are many existing Associates that have been promoted into key positions. This is an fast growing company that continues to offer more and more opportunities for great teammates.

TBH leaving after 10 years knowing I would never have to come back.

Cons

You will see from other reviews the company fails to live up to its code of values, for the first time in almost 30 years a new person comes in and we find ourselves in court. The micro management style is just awful and when we had leadership from the U.S and a entrepreneurial Manager in the UK it worked now franchisees are pushed to increase sales which of course helps them but the way it’s done is awful and the staff who remain are frightened for their jobs they don’t have the courage to speak out. There is no family at this company so my advice if you want to be happy stay far far away.
