Pros

Neighborly's Code of Values is evident in the way employees conduct themselves; they are the compass that keeps the company on course. There is great earning potential with competitive salaries, bonuses and even participation in the Equity Compensation Plan. With 23 service brands, there are opportunities for advancement across the company.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment with some positions carrying a heavy workload. It can be managed with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Pros

I must admit I was skeptical about being purchased by such a large company however Neighborly has shown why it is a leader in the Home Service industry. The company values are ingrained into its culture and they reward dedication along with hard work while balancing a managable work/lif balance, One thing I admire most especially from upper management is that they DO what they said they were going to DO. Seems simple enough yet so many companies now-a-days make open ended promises to which they are unable to deliver on. This is not one of those companies. Overall, great company to work for and I look forward to providing services and products that are so remarkable that Neighborly becomes a household name.

Cons

Workload can be extreme at times however nothing major. Given the position it is to be exxpected.

Pros

Business Coaches and upper management truly care about franchise owners. It seems to me that all decisions are based on what's best for them. This is what makes me excited to get up in the morning and go to work.

Cons

I have to look hard to find a con. Per Diem needs to be higher when traveling. Shouldn't have to reach in my own pocket for a decent meal.
