Has a good 401K offered to each employee.

Cons

No vertical movement within the company for 80% of the workers. Poor vacation and sick time policy. High turn over rate. Health insurance is bad.

Strong culture Open door policy with top management Good relationships with team members Opportunities for advancement

Cons

Health insurance costs are high however we have a large group of employees and that could equate to more illnesses. Smoking is allowed on campus. Also, dipping and chewing tobacco are allowed in employees offices. This is gross. New hire training and continued training is lacking. Pay for performance could be better. Need to have another pay holiday, like Christmas Eve.
