Pros

The Code of Values are not just words - they are practiced. There is a focus on individual growth, hitting personal and professional goals. Growing company that looks from within for leadership opportunities. Understands that there needs to be a family and work life balance. They expect a lot from all in the organization but reward hard work with opportunity.

Cons

I'd like to see a bigger match to the 401K retirement plan and Christmas eve as a paid holiday.

Pros

It's a great place to gain a wide array of experience fairly quickly. The code of values is truly embraced throughout the company. They try to make work fun and have several "fun in the process" events throughout the year.

Cons

Inadequate pay, horrible health benefits (not very god coverage and the premiums can take an entire paycheck if you have a dependent.) PTO structure is substandard. No room for promotion.

my opinion:make sure bully's don't get away with keeping their jobs ! Also I feel if you have a code of values?practice what you preach !
