Terrible management, revolving door for leadership, extremely low or non-existent bonuses/commission.

Neighbors Bank is a great company to work for! They provide you with awesome training and all of the adequate tools necessary to be successful in your job role. All of the employees are happy, and management is helpful. Good pay and the ability to earn commission and make your own raise! The ability to flex your hours is great! The culture is top notch, from the swag to the positivity, to the all-in event! Best job ever!
