Fantastic Place to Work - Unlimited Opportunities

Pros

Great team and culture, the people are truly amazing. Leadership is open minded, collaborative and supportive. Being an independent agency, there isn't a lot of red tape and we are able to move fast towards our goals. Lots of autonomy in how we operate. Really fun brand to be a part of. The work the teams deliver is best in class. You can get 5x the experience here as you would a smaller agency, since we work with name brand clients and are still developing new offerings. Lots of internal recognition, which is nice to feel appreciated. Unlimited PTO is great and generous maternity/paternity leave.

Cons

The pace of operating is fast. Standard to most agencies, often there are competing priorities and very rarely a lull where you can catch up. However, any growing company in our modern world faces that same challenge, and the teams are really open to offering support when needed.

Pros

A truly flexible schedule. Most people are awesome to work with.

Cons

Unmotivating environment. Can always be "doing more", according to senior leadership but there are layoffs every year. raises are only 3% a year and no more bonuses. Job got harder and harder as the pressure and uncertainty built. For a while it's ok, but don't stay too long to avoid a stagnant paycheck and job title.
