Pros

NPD has truly leveled up my expertise. If you are looking for someone to look over your shoulder & hold your hand at all times, this isn’t for you. While managers don’t believe in micro-managing, there is continuous training & if help is needed, the team is always willing to assist. I enjoy the transparency of the health of the company & have been career pathed well. Most importantly, Chris & Brooke are very intentional in making sure every team member is heard which makes for an open & fun team environment. I highly recommend NPD.
