Access to lots of tools, lots of growth so can improve the company in any way you can, super friendly coworkers, and even in a remote world they have been very welcoming of new hires and existing employees.

Cons

With growth there are pain points, but as long as you are honest and provide value in ways you can, the growth should be exciting instead of a con.
