Pros

Neil Patel Digital India as a name is quite popular in the market, entering into one is close to a dream for every single person in the marketing and advertisement domain. The work style is completely different from other agencies in the market and the team had given endless learning opportunities for adapting to the marketing changes. The stakeholders are quite available when you want to reach them for guidance and best of all, you get to work on your strengths and bring in results. Organization has been quite friendly with the requests placed and also works hard to recognize the best performers.

Cons

The change in the new normal made us miss the Friday Fun Sessions, the organization works the best way, without mentioning it. No visible cons to talk about.

Pros

- Excellent client roster. Far more often than not, our clients view us as their partners, enabling us to push through ideas and achieve results more easily. - Supportive leadership. There is genuine care for the professional development and personal wellbeing of all employees from the top down. Leadership takes active interest in team and individual successes, and will provide constructive feedback to anyone who asks for it. Leadership is refreshingly transparent about the company. - Individual growth through team culture. NPD actively promotes creativity, experience, knowledge sharing among the teams and departments. People here constantly push themselves and each other to learn and improve. Truly feels like you're working with the best and the brightest in the industry. - It's fun. NPD has that nice, buzzing "agency energy" from a staff of highly motivated go-getters with a wealth of pop culture references and personal interests. It makes work more fun when you feel like you're working with friends. - Career paths. The agency hierarchy allows for clear-cut upward mobility. Leaders are also very open minded to creating new responsibilities and positions based on company needs or employee preferences / strengths. - Compensation & Benefits. Highly competitive salaries and excellent benefits. - Growth. NPD is still in its earliest years. There is a ton of opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be a part of building it up. - Awareness. It's ok to stumble in the early years as long as there is an aggressive push to learn and improve whenever possible. NPD doesn't have everything right, but so many people here are highly motivated to keep us moving in the right direction. - Resources. Between the experience of the team and the suite of tools and capabilities, teammates have what they need to explore creative and strategic solutions.

Cons

- Diversity. Like all too many agencies, especially in the digital marketing space, NPD has a lot of work to do becoming a more diverse organization that reflects a wider range of perspectives and voices.
