      Great experience. Learned a lot and made great connections.

      Cons

      There wasn't much room for career growth. I ended up with way more responsibility than my title or pay. When I asked to be compensated appropriately for my work and professional development and contribution to the company, I couldn't get anywhere. They aren't interested in promoting from within the company and growing talent.
