      Pros

      Company is growing and moving into a new building, very diverse teams and HR department is trying their best with what they have.

      Cons

      They mandate overtime with little notice, many supervisors have little to no warehousing experience, they have zero concern for the safety of their people, and management is to busy making friends to actually run a warehouse.
