Business Outlook
Pros
Great if you enjoy fashion. Discount is nice. Hours are ok. If you absolutely have to work in retail, Neiman Marcus is pretty close to being a “real job”.
Cons
Leadership is mediocre. Passive aggressive approach all around. Lack of structure/communication and lack of respect between employees, including upper management. Very horrible gossip problem and you really don’t make much money for how hard you have to work.
